Return Policy:
As you are already aware, we sell a variety of digital services and digital products, and since digital products or services are non-returnable, we do not offer returns of any kind. That is, if you order a product/service on our website, if it goes to ‘Processing’ or ‘Submitted’ status, we are no longer able to return it.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer any returns. But we understand that misunderstandings can happen. And if you do not get your desired product/service due to any mistake on our part, then you will definitely get a refund. For example, if a customer orders with the wrong link for Instagram followers, then he will not get any refund. But if it happens that the customer has provided the correct link while placing the order, but by mistake we have given the follower to the wrong link, then the customer will definitely get a refund.
And to get a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of any order reaching ‘Complete’ status.
We refund through Money Bag balance or Discount code (Coupon code). which you can use when ordering later on our website. We do not refund by cash.
